Villa Amanecer

Villa Amanecer, just 10 minutes from prestigious Punta Mita resort; is the one latest architectural works of art built by Juan Pablo Stone. The dramatic villa faces the south-western sunset and features a privileged and majestic view overlooking the Bay of Banderas, across to Puerto Vallarta, ringed by the Sierra Madre jungle.

Designed by architect Ruben Flores, the rugged and diverse coastline is an empty canvas for the country's reknown artisans to execute their best ideas. The tropical coastal life is often imagined by a lavish cascading pool, with a massage and a cocktail. For the builders of these homes, experiencing the art of leisure, a certain joie de viver comes from natural sweeping vistas from a clifftop at the edge of the sea, fresh wind in your face. It is an emotively framed mural view at entry, romantic outdoor living, eating, resting spaces, cascading water features, the finest and grandest wooden palapas and intricate stonework throughout. Descend a stone walkway to the beach and watch the waves crash against the promontory point of Pontoquito.
